Lee Michels, M.D.

Dr. Lee Michels received his medical degree from the University of Washington, completed his residency at the University of California Los Angeles and spent an additional year completing a fellowship in neuroradiology. Dr. Michels’ subspecialty interest is in chest and neuroradiology. He is a past member of LIPA Board of Directors and a senior member of the American Society of Neuroradiology. Michels has served as chief of staff of Sacred Heart Medical Center and as president of Radiology Associates P.C. He currently serves as CEO of Oregon Imaging Centers.

Paul Wilson, M.D.

Dr. Paul Wilson is sub-specialized in interventional radiology and has been instrumental in developing interventional and angioplasty services at Sacred Heart Medical Center. He received his medical degree from the University of Oregon Medical School in 1972 and completed a fellowship program at University of California, San Diego in 1977 in Ultrasound, CT and Angiography.

Jon Ekstrom, M.D.

Dr. Jon Ekstrom came to Radiology Associates in 1989 after completing a one-year fellowship program at the University of Washington, specializing in MRI, CT and Ultrasound. Prior to this, he completed a six-month pediatric radiology fellowship at University of Colorado in Denver as part of his four-year residency program. Dr. Ekstrom sub-specializes in musculoskeletal, women's imaging, and pediatric radiology. He is certified with the International Society for Clinical Densitometry and played a major role in development of our Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry (DEXA) program, to diagnose osteoporosis in men and women. Dr. Ekstrom currently serves as president of Radiology Associates.

Chuck McGlade, M.D.

Dr. Chuck McGlade received his pre-medical education from Johns Hopkins - Phi Beta Kappa 1979, and medical degree from Cornell University - alpha omega alpha 1983. He completed a sub-specialty fellowship in Angiography at UCLA in 1988 where he also served as Chief Resident. Dr. McGlade has been with Radiology Associates since 1988. In the past, he has served as the medical director of the Radiology Department at Sacred Heart Medical Center and presently is on the leadership board for the Oregon Heart and Vascular Institute.

Cathryn Chicola, M.D.

Dr. Cathryn Chicola received her masters of public health and doctorate of medicine from Tulane University. She completed a body imaging residency and interventional fellowship at White Memorial Medical Center at Loma Linda University and at St. Mary's Medical Center in Long Beach. Dr Chicola served as Medical Director of Women's Imaging at Newport Diagnostic Center in Newport Beach, California. She is certified by the International Society of Clinical Densitometry. Dr. Chicola has extensive experience in women's imaging and currently serves as Oregon Imaging's Medical Director.

Dr. Stephanie Young graduated summa cum laude from Duke University in 1986; she received her doctorate of medicine in 1990 from Duke University’s School of Medicine. Dr. Young remained at Duke and completed her internship in 1991 and her residency in 1995. Dr. Young was a radiologist for the US Navy for nine years.

Dr. Isuani also served as the Medical Director of Radiology at Peace Health Medical Group.

Matthews Fish, M.D.

Dr. Mathews Fish received his medical degree from the University of California, San Francisco. He also completed a Medical Internship and Residency in Pathology both from the University of California, Moffitt Hospital, where he was the Chief Resident. Dr. Fish was also an associate director and associate professor at the Clinical Laboratories, San Francisco General Hospital. In 1974, Dr. Fish joined Pathology Consultants in Eugene, Oregon and has been involved in the nuclear medicine laboratories at Sacred Heart Medical Center since that time. Dr. Fish is currently Director of Nuclear Medicine at Sacred Heart Medical Center, with a special interest in PET imaging, nuclear cardiology and related noninvasive cardiac imaging.

Dr. James Kippen is a board certified radiologist and joined Radiology Associates in 2004.

Dr. David Tsai graduated with a medical degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He received training in diagnostic radiology at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Medical Center. Between his residency training and fellowship years, Dr. Tsai spent a year racing his bicycle in the United States and Europe. Dr. Tsai completed his fellowship training at Washington University, Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology in musculoskeletal imaging and a second fellowship at University of Washington, Harborview Medical Center in Trauma and Emergency Imaging. Currently, Dr. Tsai is a member of the Society of Skeletal Radiology, the American Society of Emergency Radiology and serves as the Medical Director for Radiology at Sacred Heart Medical Center.

Dr. Gorman brings medical, managerial and administrative experience developed during his twenty year naval career. He spent seven years as a Program Director and three years as the Chairman of Radiology at Naval Medical Center, San Diego. Dr. Gorman's sub-specializes in body imaging, musculoskeletal MRI and is a member of the American College of Radiology's Expert Panel on Ultrasound. He currently serves as Medical Director at Oregon Imaging Centers.
