Notice to Vendors, Contractors and Agents

We value our vedors, contractors and agent relationships.  Each partner helps us fulfill our mission of providing the best medical imaging, one patient at a time.

Oregon Imaging Centers has developed an Organizational Integrity Program to establish a culture that promotes prevention, detection and resolution of instances of conduct that do not conform to federal and state laws and regulation, as well as Oregon Imaging Centers' ethical and business policies.

For our vendors, contractors and agents, this means compliance with federal and state laws and regulations and in some instances, Oregon Imaging Centers' policies. 

Oregon Imaging Centers' business structure is a partnership between Radiology Associates PC and a subsidiary of PeaceHealth known as HealthVentures.  Our business relationships must also comply with the guidelines set by both of our partners.

To do business with Oregon Imaging Centers, all vendors, contractors and agents must be eligible to participate in federal and state-funded health care programs, must not be under any suspension or debarment from such program and have not been convicted of a healthcare related crime.

Oregon Imaging Centers is also obligated to take all reasonable measures to safeguard the confidentiality, security and privacy of protected health information and other proprietary or confidential information.

To meet its business needs, Oregon Imaging Centers may enter into agreements that require compliance with its privacy and security policies and procedures, as well as those of our partners, PeaceHealth and Radiology Associates PC.  Unless specified, the following policies apply to such agreements.
